工作职责:
• Responsible for post-silicon validation and characterization activity.
• Responsible and works with system and design team to create validation plan and implement bench tests per the plan during the pre-silicon and post-silicon phases of the product to ensure functionality and performance as per the datasheet.
• Actively participate in chip design and reviews, identify, and recommend knobs for validation.
• Develop automated test framework, validation infrastructure, regression test suites in Python (or equivalent) to optimize validation efficiency and expand coverage.
• Debug and root cause silicon issues, board issues, and validation software or hardware issues.
• Responsible for data collection, correlation and analysis using Spotfire (or equivalent tools).
• Hands on PCB design and schematic capture, supervise and review board layout for fabrication.
• Review and contribute to ATE load board schematic designs and layout.
任职资格:
• Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field along with 3+ years of experience in validation and characterization.
• Proficient in lab equipment (such as oscilloscopes, function generators, SMUs, etc) is required and audio specific equipment (such as AP source) is a plus.
• Familiarity with programming and/or scripting languages (Python, Perl, C/C++, etc.).
• Experience with hardware and board design tools (such as Altium) is preferred
• Working knowledge of FPGA coding is preferred.
• Experience with National Instruments hardware and software (Labview and TestStand) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of data analysis tools (i.e. Spotfire) is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment to meet critical schedule milestones
• Must be a team player and self-starter, and the ability to organize and multitask.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analog and mixed signal knowledge required. Class-D amplifier, PMIC, ADC, DAC, PLL and sensor product background is a plus.
