工作职责:
1. 深入理解光电产品器件、光路的工作原理及工艺流程。
A good understanding of the principles and fabrication process of photonic devices.
2. 独立开展光电新产品器件、光路的仿真、设计及关键工艺开发。
Independently design new photonic devices and develop related process flows like PD Silicon device TCAD simulation and optical simulation.
3. 跟进新产品及新器件及光路工艺开发、预研项目进展,确保项目按计划进行。
Track and manage the development and pre-research progress of new photonic
devices and processes.
4. 跨部门协作,沟通并落实光电器件、光路工艺开发需求及方向,制定具体开发计划。
Communicate and coordinate with cross functional teams to define process development
requirements and schedules.
5. 主导或参与新器件新技术方向的物理机理分析,评估其量产可行性。
Lead or participate in physical mechanism analysis of new device processes and evaluate manufacturing feasibility.
6. 独立分析相关学术研究成果及行业技术趋势,提出创新性工艺开发方案。
Conduct literature and technology research to propose innovative process development plans.
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历,半导体物理、材料科学、微电子、光电子等相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Semiconductor Physics, Materials Science, Microelectronics, Optoelectronics, or related field.
2. 五年以上光电器件设计或工艺开发经验,有光路设计经验者优先。
Minimum 5 years of experience in photonic device design or process development, experience in optical design is a plus.
3. 具有扎实的半导体物理及器件理论基础,熟悉常用仿真及分析工具。
Solid foundation in semiconductor physics and device theory, familiar with relevant simulation and analysis tools.
4. 具备良好的学习能力、创新意识和解决问题能力,乐于接触先进技术。
Strong learning agility, creativity, and problem‑solving capability; passionate about emerging technologies.
5. 良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神,能够在跨部门环境中高效协作。
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of effective cross‑functional collaboration.
6. 具有扎实的物理光学、几何光学理论基础,具备光学镀膜,RGB光学材料,微透镜阵列,纳米压印等光路开发导入经验,熟悉光学镀膜仿真者优先。
Solid theoretical foundation in physical and geometrical optics; experienced in optical coating design, RGB optical materials, micro lens array, and nano imprint optical path development. Candidates with experience in optical coating simulation are preferred.
7. 了解光源及PD的光谱特性,熟悉透镜、匀光片、扩散片、滤光片、棱镜等光学元器件的特性及其在系统中的应用。
Good understanding of spectral characteristics of light sources and photodiodes (PDs); familiar with the properties and system applications of optical components such as lenses, light diffusers, homogenizing plates, filters, and prisms.
8. 具备原型构建、实验验证与问题分析能力,能够独立开展实验并提出改进方案。
Capable of prototype construction, experimental validation, and issue analysis, with the ability to independently design experiments and propose optimization solutions.
